Press it down with a wooden spoon to immerse it in the hot oil. after rising, carefully lift the pappadum out of the oil and let drain on some kitchen roll.Micro-Wave: Spread some oil on both sides of the pappadum and let soak. Place them seperately in the microwave for 2-3 minutes at 800 Watt.Warning: Please be careful while cooking with hot oil.
