Cook it using the draining method and set aside to let it cool. Remove seeds from the Amla fruit and cut them into thin slices. Peel off the skin of your Mango. Cut the fruit into fine pieces. Slice the green chillies into 2 portions. Heat up the oil in a pan and crackle the mustard seeds. Add the chana dal, urad dal, and cashew nuts. Fry them until they turn light golden.
