The chicken breast is fried to perfection then marinated in a host of delectable spices of chilli powder, ground coriander, crushed garlic, curry leaves, paprika and turmeric, yielding a crispy, fragrant exterorior, and a tender, succulent interior. The dish is designed to be eaten both on its own, accompanied by roti or fluffy rice, and as a starter or side alongside one of our other Indian dishes for the ultimate feast. Cooking Instructions Heating guidelines from defrosted Oven: Preheat oven to 180°C/ Fan 150°C / Gas Mark 4. Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray and heat up for 10 to 12 mins.
