The prime Okra are then washed, cut and all nutritional goodnedd maintained. Okra sliced Rings: Okra comes from a large veg. plant; it has a mild flavour as well as a unique texture. Shana Okra, rather whole or cut, may be used immediately from frozen, making them a tidy and cinvenient way for rnjoying the vegetable at its best. Our veg. are frozen close to the time of harvest to ensure they retain a higher level of vitamins and nutrients. Absolutely no water os added during the IQF ( Individual Quick Freezing) process, providing you with nature's best. Recipe: Shana okra sliced rings, oil cumin seeds, mustard seeds, pinch asafoetisa, tomatoes, sliced, cloves os garlic, crushed turmeric powder, cumin & coriander mix powder, chilli power, salt, garnish coriander leaves Method: Heat oil in a saucepan until very hot and the cumin and ustard seeds ( sizzle them in the oil until they begun to pop). Add the asafoetida followed by shana okra sliced tings and cook with the seasoned hot oil for 10 min. Add the tomatoes and garlic followed by thr remaining ingredients and cook for a further 5 min.
