Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask WalletWhistle to delete your account and associated personal data at any time.

How To Request Deletion

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject WalletWhistle data deletion request.
  2. Send the request from, or include, the email address used for your WalletWhistle account so the correct account can be identified.
  3. WalletWhistle support may ask you to verify that you control the account before deleting its data.

After verification, WalletWhistle will remove the account information, alert preferences, price watches, and personal data received through an external sign-in provider from its active systems, except for information that must be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Data in protected backups may remain until those backups expire through the normal retention cycle.

Facebook Login

Removing WalletWhistle from your Facebook settings stops future Facebook authentication, but it does not itself delete account data already stored by WalletWhistle.
