Overview Opticrom Hayfever Eye Drops are anti-allergy eye drops specially formulated to relieve itching, redness, and watering triggered by pollen, house dust, animal dander, and other allergens. They work by helping to prevent the allergic reaction in the eye rather than just masking symptoms. How it works The active ingredient is sodium cromoglicate 2% w/v (a mast-cell stabiliser). It reduces the release of histamine and other mediators that cause allergic eye symptoms. Key features
