Flavour: Orange Pack size: 60 sachets Active ingredient: Ispaghula husk 3.5 g per sachet What it is Fybogel Hi Fibre is a high-fibre drink containing ispaghula (psyllium) husk, a natural bulk-forming laxative that helps restore and maintain normal bowel function by increasing stool bulk and softness.
