• Dymista Control 137/0.5mg Nasal Spray Allergy & Hay Fever Relief Dymista Control is a dual-action intranasal spray combining an antihistamine and a corticosteroid to help relieve symptoms of seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis, such as sneezing, itchy or runny nose, and nasal congestion. Active ingredients (per spray): azelastine hydrochloride and fluticasone propionate. Note: Many packs are labeled as 137 micrograms azelastine / 50 micrograms (0.05 mg) fluticasone per spray.
