Carefully selected botanicals are lovingly distilled in a copper alembic pot still called Velocity. Rich in Juniper aromatics with hints of lemongrass, heather and elderflower. Serve with an elderflower tonic and, if you're feeling fancy, with a half a stick of lemongrass split longways. Suitable for Vegans and Coeliacs.
