Winchester Distillery's small batch Golden Rum is made with just three ingredients: high-grade molasses, water, and yeast. After fermentation the resulting liquid is pot distilled to preserve the complex aromas. It is then aged for six months in virgin oak casks, a method that gives the rum a full, rich flavour and a deep golden hue.
