This wonderful illustration shows her sweets and gateaux: Éclair, Assorted Pastry, Sponge Savoy Cake, Gâteaux St. Honoré, Simnel Cake, Pancakes, Pyramid Cream, and Croquettes of Rice from the 1923 edition. A marvellously eccentric addition to any kitchen.
